description Perception Park is located on the banks of the South Fork Ogden River at an elevation of 5,200 feet. Huntsville, Utah, is just over 7 miles away. Campers love the park for its shade and great river access. Tubing and fishing are very popular activities.
drivingDirection Perception Park is located approximately 7.5 miles east of Huntsville, Utah, on Highway 39. From I-15, take the 12th Street exit and continue through Ogden Canyon. Continue on Highway 39 toward Monte Cristo. Turn left after entering the campground.
facilitiesDescription The campground contains three group sites that can accommodate up to 50 people each. Most sites are equipped with picnic shelters, tables, campfire circles, grills and cement site pads. Vault toilets and drinking water are provided. Firewood is available for purchase from the host. Roads and parking spurs are paved.

nearbyAttrctionDescription Beautiful Ogden Valley has numerous boating, fishing, hiking, horseback and off-road vehicle riding and scenic driving opportunities. Pineview Reservoir is a short drive from the campground with boating, fishing and swimming. Causey Reservoir is close by, offering great canoeing and fishing, as well as hiking, biking and horseback riding trails. Highway 39 continues on to Monte Cristo Summit with sweeping mountain views. Off-road vehicle and hiking trails are also abundant in the area.
